5 steps to your dream job
This is how the application process works at Buck
Would you like to become part of our team? Perfect! Here's how to land your dream job in five steps.
1. Apply correctly
- Why are you eager to work at Buck? In the first few sentences of your cover letter, make a reference to our company and explain your motivation.
- Don't reproduce one-to-one what's already on your CV – it's better to tell them about yourself.
- A good cover letter should not be longer than two pages; The best ones even fit on one.
- Make your CV clear and highlight important things with graphic highlights such as bullet points or dividing lines.
- Choose a no-frills font like Arial and use a line spacing of 1.5.
2. Submit
If you apply by post, it is best to print your documents on high-quality, white paper. If you opt for the electronic way, please combine all documents into one PDF (we prefer to be paperless). You will receive a confirmation of receipt upon receipt of the documents.
3. Wait and see
Together with the management, our experts will check your application documents in detail. Please be patient. We will inform you of our decision as soon as possible.
4. Impress
During a personal interview, we want to get to know you and learn more about your career. Show us what moves you and ask all the questions that are burning under your nails.
5. Welcome
They have convinced us. The whole team is looking forward to meeting you and an enriching and cooperative partnership.
