A manufacturer makes history
More than just injection molding
The history of Buck Spritzgussteile Formenbau GmbH begins in 1985 when Hans Buck founded the company in Rügland. Since then, we have been manufacturing high-quality plastic products for our customers, such as steering column panels, functional contact carriers, durable bag closures for industrial vacuum cleaners, robust clamping elements and much more – in other words, we have been producing tailor-made plastic parts for well-known companies in numerous industries. Automotive suppliers from all over Germany in particular appreciate our products.
From injection molding manufacturer to value-oriented company: The performance of Buck Spritzgussteile Formenbau GmbH is based on many years of experience and up-to-date know-how. Starting with the establishment of our own mold shop, through various certifications, to the continuous expansion of our competencies - both our enormous expertise in development and production as well as our enthusiasm for plastic injection molding still benefit our customers today.
1985
Company founded by Hans Buck.
1992
Move into the new building in Flachslanden with 800 square meters of floor space. Establishment of a mould shop.
1997
Injection molding manufacturer certified according to DIN EN ISO 9002.
1999
Purchase of the first machine for 2K injection molding.
2001
Introduction of pad printing.
2003
Certification according to IATF 16949. Introduction of PPC system with MDE.
2005
Expansion of our production by 400 square meters.
2007
Certification of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001.
2009
Expansion of the pad printing department, purchase of a 3D pad printing machine.
2010
The managing partner, Hans Buck, leaves the company after 25 years.
2013
Hall expansion to improve logistical processes. Entry into MuCell® technology and acquisition of a 400 t Engel injection moulding machine.
2016
Award-winning injection molding manufacturer: first certification according to IATF 16949.
