In your next job, you want…
…your work to add value.
With us, you contribute to every car on the road: Almost every vehicle manufactured in Germany contains our plastic parts.
…to get down to business and take action instead of twiddling your thumbs.
At our company, we get things done instead of just talking. We don’t do endless meetings. Whether in the office or on the production floor, we really get things done.
…to work for one of the leading medium-sized companies in the Ansbach region.
With 150 employees and a production area of 2,000 m², we are one of the leading companies in the region.
Then you've come to the right place!
What does Buck do in the field of injection-moulded parts and mould making?
We manufacture parts that perform reliably in cars, electronics, and everyday products.
From tooling to the finished plastic part, everything is produced under one roof at our facility.
If you're into technology and enjoy seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, we’ve got just the right job for you.
Are we a good match?
Our injection-moulded parts are purchased by renowned customers who set the highest standards for our work. To ensure we meet these standards, we give it our all every day. That’s why we’re looking for people who think just like we do.
We work independently.
In other words: You don't need anyone to spell out every little detail for you. You see what needs to be done and get right to it. When a machine beeps, you don't wait 30 minutes – you check right away to see what's going on.
We like learning new things and further developing our products.
Whether it's a new machine, a new tool, or a different material – we're curious. You don't have to be a pro, but you should be excited to learn and improve.
We organize the work ourselves.
You always keep track of your deadlines and organize your work so that everything is always finished on time.
We are a team.
When someone’s in a bind, we step in. No one is left on their own. We celebrate successes together and tackle problems together.
We take a proactive approach.
Do you have an idea on how to speed up a step in the process? Or how to make something safer? Share it with us. We’re the kind of people who don’t just clock in, do what the boss says, and go home – we really think things through.
We see feedback as an opportunity to become even better.
Feedback is a two-way street here: We address issues openly and provide you with feedback as well, so that we can grow together.
Do you identify with these characteristics and fit our culture? Then check out our current job openings now.

Frequently asked questions about applying to Buck Spritzgussteile Formenbau
Do you also offer apprenticeships?
Yes! We regularly offer apprenticeships in various technical and business fields – for example, in toolmaking, plastics technology, or office work. As soon as an apprenticeship opening becomes available, you’ll find it listed in our job openings. If there aren’t any suitable openings currently listed, feel free to submit a speculative application.
When will I hear back about my application?
We won’t leave you hanging for long. As soon as we’ve reviewed your application, you’ll hear back from us promptly – often within a few business days. We’ll let you know right away what the next steps are.
I don't live in Flachslanden. Can I still work for you?
Since all of our tasks are carried out at our plant, you should be able to get here easily every day.
Many of our employees commute from areas farther away, such as Ansbach, Nuremberg, Fürth, Neustadt an der Aisch, or the surrounding communities. If the commute is manageable for you and you can be consistent and reliable, there’s nothing standing in the way of us working together.
Is working from home an option for you?
We are a manufacturing company, and it depends on the job. In production, being on-site is important. But if the nature of the work allows it, we also offer the option to work from home – for example, for office work, work planning, project management, sales, or quality assurance. Of course, we’ll discuss this as part of the application process.
What are the working hours like?
Working hours vary depending on the department:
At the office
There are set core working hours.
You can coordinate with the team exactly when you’ll start or end your day. We’ll discuss the exact times together during the interview to make sure everything works well for both sides.
In manufacturing
We operate on a 3-shift or 2-shift system.
In return, you’ll receive the appropriate shift premiums, depending on the department. We’ll explain which shifts are currently scheduled and the exact schedule for your position during a one-on-one interview.
I still have a question about my application – who can I ask?
You are welcome to ask any questions you may have during the introductory interview.
If there’s anything you would like to clarify beforehand, you’re welcome to contact us in advance.
Just send us your question by email: anna-lena.popp@buck-gmbh.net
Is my employment contract for a fixed term?
That depends on the specific position. In many areas, we hire for the long term. We’ll openly discuss the terms of the contract for the position you’re applying for during our in-person interview.
